Crisis Resources

FOR CLIENTS IN CRISIS

I want to acknowledge that sometimes things can get the best of us and some may find themselves thinking of suicide or harming themself. As I am unable to provide 24 hour service, and as such I cannot respond to any urgent medical or psychiatric crisis, nor, do or should, my services replace any required medical or psychiatric assessment and treatment, I want to provide a few resources. If you are in need of immediate medical or psychiatric care, and/or if you are having thoughts of suicide or harming yourself, please do not put yourself at risk. Reach out to the resources that can offer immediate help and care. You deserve help.

Suicide Crisis Line now open in Canada - call or text to 988. Open 24/7
